Md. Khurshed Alam

Khurshed Alam has been appointed as the General Manager of Hotel Elite Palace, Cumilla, effective January 2024. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Marino Royal Hotel, Dhaka, starting in September 2019. His extensive career includes a role as Operations Manager during the pre-opening phase of HANSA – A Premium Residence, owned by Unique Hotel & Resorts Limited, the parent company of The Westin Dhaka. Additionally, he successfully launched and managed operations at THE OLIVE Hotel, owned by Konik and Nafi Associates Ltd., for nearly five years.

With over 24 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Alam possesses vast expertise in operations management and administration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in management. Known for his ability to streamline operations while maintaining high-quality standards, he has consistently demonstrated his leadership in driving business advantage within the competitive hotel sector.
