After coming back from aboard, I have realized that we need a platform where all of the housekeeping leaders can stand and share all their knowledge and ideas to promote Housekeeping as a professional career. According to the plan and lots of hard work, we founded the association by connecting all the housekeepers around the country. After that our Bangladesh Housekeepers’ Association (BHA) became a member of Asian Housekeepers’ Association. Every year our associations (BHA) representatives participates International Housekeeping Summit in different countries. This event is organized by Asian Housekeepers’ Association.
Our Bangladesh Housekeepers’ Association (BHA) turned three this year. So far, we already have achieved many milestones especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We helped the needy or the ones who lost their jobs. As an organization we are stronger, works dedicatedly for the development and progress of housekeeping profession.
As the president of this organization, we have managed to bring all the members together by arranging different activities like Annual Picnic, Gala Dinner, Cricket Tournaments, and Webinar with the leaders around the world etc.
At this stage we planned to publish our own magazine which is another breakthrough for our organization. In near future, we have so many plans to take this organization on different level so that it can be really beneficial not only for the housekeepers of our country but also the ones around the world.
I would like to thank all the members of association for cooperation & efforts to grow up our association.

During my service tenure I have realized that we need a platform where we can stand all Housekeeping Leaders in under one umbrella and share all our knowledge and ideas to promote Housekeeping as a professional career. According to the Plan and lots of hard work we build a platform called “Bangladesh Housekeepers’ Association” in June 2019 and manage to organize several events.
The Bangladesh Housekeepers‘ Association is now a part of the Asian Housekeepers’ Association. We have been participating in the International Housekeepers Summit every year since 2019. This Association (BHA) is a platform to help us share knowledge, develop and support each other.

I would like to express my gratitude to Allah Almighty, for which I have been working in the hospitality industries & able to become a founder member of the Bangladesh Housekeepers’ Association.
There are platforms for almost all departments in the hospitality sector but the housekeepers had no platform in our country. We deeply realized this and we plan to create a platform for housekeeping in Bangladesh.
According to our plan in June 2019, we build a platform called “Bangladesh Housekeepers’ Association” with those who are working in housekeeping Department. For this association we worked hard according to the plan.
This Association (BHA) is a platform to help us to share knowledge, develop and support each other.
Gradually this family is getting bigger and we are working towards the goal by building a good relationship and unity.
We are all professional people here and have the following aims and objectives:
• Promote housekeeping as a career.
• Exchange of information & ideas.
• Networking events.
• Training Programs.
• Global connections with other housekeepers
association.
• Promote the professional status of
housekeepers.
• Encourage new guys to career in hospitality /
housekeeping
The Bangladesh Housekeepers’ Association is now a part of the Asian Housekeepers’ Association. We have been participating in the International Housekeeping Summit every year since 2019. Insha-Allah we will move forward untidily towards the goal that Bangladesh Housekeepers’ Association has been formed for.
